I am simply having a hard time wrapping my mind around the drop in competency from my first appointment to the most recent. I explained even before the first appointment that I have some very strong OCD issues (misophonia, hyperacusis, unable to stand metal in the mouth), but was assured that this was no problem and that the doctor would work through them with me.
