I’d have to agree with Bre’Anna’s review. Nichole’s (LPN) disposition is ‘Terrible’. Unfortunately, I’ve failed to see Summa address such issues, most likely due to medical staff shortages. It also tells the tale of how poorly management has become.

First visit and the nurses and doctor were phenomenal. The only issue I have is with the front desk receptionist. We didn’t feel welcomed by her at all. Thought she had an attitude and was very rude. Might have to take a class on how to welcome new patients into the office. I work in the healthcare as well so I understand completely. Thanks to the Doctor and nurses who helped my mom today we appreciate you all.

I recently received treatment for some pressure ulcers at Summa's Wound Care Center at the Barberton campus, and everyone was just wonderful. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and appointments were always on time and quick. Highly recommend the wound care center in Barberton!
