Great place for mental health help!!

I got great care and met a wonderful doctor that I see now on an outpatient basis. The food was not bad for being a hospital. That's something to keep in mind this isn't a health spa it's a hospital and the food is indeed hospital food. I would change the visitation schedule if I could change anything. Visitation is only a half hour, but again, this is a hospital. I have only been in one other inpatient mental health hospital so I only have one to compare summa to and I think Summa is better by far.
In regards to Inpatient Therapy for trauma (IOP), I can say it definitely helps to have a community of support away from your everyday life. It help rationalize that what your going through is not a single experience. We all come in to group therapy at different times of our live but we are presented with both textbook understanding on what is going on in our brains and also tools to overcome moment where our disorders are at its highest.
