I had surgery today 11/11/25 and the whole experience was great. From the receptionist to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and EVERYONE In between were all wonderful and smiling and helpful. Not one person that I was in contact with was negative. Thank you all for the great experience! Especially RN Cindy!
I'm VERY dissatisfied with the Summa plastic surgery group here unfortunately. In my case ive had back pain and large breast for along time and my insurance accepted to pay.. which takes alot of proof to get a reduction approved. I have little children at home and have a hard time getting anytime to do anything like this for myself or anyone to help me. My surgery was done by Dr. Papa's and the resident Ashley Leiberfinger. Second time in four years for Same Day Surgery. What impressed me the most was the recognizable staff from four years ago. Consistency in staff means a continuous adherence to Summa’s core values. That matters a great, great deal. Shout out to Jeanie in reception who greeted my daughter both times & was a smiling face of assurance from the start! That weird coffee machine is delicious too!
