I come here to see Dr. Darwish and Arkinol and they have been such a pleasure to have as physicians. Not too mention the facility is always clean, the architecture is beautiful to see, the parking deck is attached to the building and every thing is designed with safety, efficiency and high health standards in mind. Its almost like walking around a spaceship or a building on another planet as they have wave assist tech and screens everywhere. Complete lack of communication here. I've had multiple appointments be canceled last minute only to know because I couldnt find it in mychart. They just completely delete from mychart. No actual notification. Very frustrating when trying to balance new meds and it won't even let me leave them a voicemail. Had to call the main hospital each time to get an answer. If you need to go in person I'd just avoid it. I do video visits because how often it gets deleted with no explanation
