Complete lack of communication here. I've had multiple appointments be canceled last minute only to know because I couldnt find it in mychart. They just completely delete from mychart. No actual notification. Very frustrating when trying to balance new meds and it won't even let me leave them a voicemail. Had to call the main hospital each time to get an answer. If you need to go in person I'd just avoid it. I do video visits because how often it gets deleted with no explanation
Room is dirty.
Slow as hell Emergency Dept. Came in with heart problems and was left to wait multiple hours to even see a doc. Completely unacceptable. Pump all this cash into the place just to let the quality of care go downhill. Will never be back
