Very clean facilities. Staff friendly and professional. Hidden gem amongst the Lakes! Highly recommend.
Very unprofessional. I was in an accident in their ambulance truck on the way to Akron with my son injured. Me and my lawyer have been contacting them for insurance for months now and haven’t gotten an answer.
1/6/21- 1. Saying that "surgical mask is req'd by CDC". Is COMPLETELY FALSE! It's bad enough that the medical profession has struggled for 3yrs now to combat dis/mis-information, lack of trust & faith in medicine,etc. Yet when the public see's a medical office doing just that, any confidence in them evaporates INSTANTLY! 2. Yet same Receptionist is wearing just a regular face mask. Latter at counter she was sitting w/it pulled down & when she pulled it up I could clearly see right through it.. SMH.
