Horrible attitude on a virtual visit The my chart app was not working so we called on to let them know we couldn’t access the appointment finally 40 minutes later was told it’s 40 minutes after your appointment and I don’t have to see you go to urgent care I see you accessed the app In November so too bad!!! It’s been two days of me trying to get my prescription switched to the correct pharmacy. The hold times on the phone are so long that it’s ridiculous. I’ll never be a patient here again way too time consuming they move so slow .
Worst office ever !! Very unprofessional in every way possible.. 1 hour & 45 minute wait with only 2 ppl in the waiting room.. the staff is very rude for no reason.. just an overall bad experience, I’ll never return.
My first appointment and I wasn't no more than 13 minutes late and wasn't a soul in the lobby and they didn't even take me in. So I told them I'm not coming back here. never at any summa location have I ever been turned me down for being under 15 minutes late. The staff in the front is unwilling to help you so don't even bother.
