The emergency room is ran like an Assembly line. They are not focused on patient care. They are focused on how many people they can get through the door in a day. I will never go back to this hospital..

How to bring a family member for Emergency evaluation at 5 am. They had her triage and in the back within five minutes of our arrival. They made her feel safe and comfortable. By 10 AM had her doing better with a list of new psychiatrists. We were able to leave and continue outpatient cares

The Doctors don't listen to people. I understand that their jobs are very tough but when a person is "pink slipped" by someone who isn't their own doctor and refuses to call that persons primary care provider and they use their own judgment for someone who isn't even their patient it makes one not be able to trust going even outside their own home. Called me less then 15 minutes before my appointment when I was already in the parking lot to tell me they have to cancel my appointment She said she would have called sooner but she got side tracked I drove an hour to make sure I was at my appointment and they seem to cancel a lot but usually with much more time before the appointment

This is a joke for mental health care. All these doctors do is hand out medicine, "OH that dose didn't let me increase the dose", they don't even try to talk to the patient just prescribe meds. Call the Summa group to enter a complaint and they don't want to hear. The head of this department would rather bury their head in the sand then hear the truth!
