I am a mid 50's male patient. I had no cartilage left in my right shoulder. it popped each time I lifted it above my head. It even hurt to leave hanging at my side and caused major discomfort. I am an active person playing sports, doing hardscape jobs, and working on classic vehicles. Losing the use of my shoulder was a detriment to my style of life and severely slowed me down. ER doctor was amazing . The ER nurses and front staff were absolutely horrible horrible horrible .pray I never have to put my family through that again ..almost turned around and walked right back out from how unwelcoming and awful the woman nurses were in the front .just AWFUL . no other words to describe them .they should be ashamed of themselves for how they Treat SICK people needing help and care .ill never take my family there again .God bless

What a waste of time .use to take 600 mg of Lyrica now down to 100 because of stroke.doctor took me off at Hospital why I don't know? Now they Np wan't me to work my way back up little at a time .told her they meds don't work anymore. She didn't listen to me I have severe pain and the stroke didn't help .so what do I do now. Doctor don't listen to patients anymore ?????

I can say nothing but great praise for Dr. Cullado. He copied reports from the cancer board for each family member, sat down with all of us to read the report, and took questions regarding the surgery and the cancer diagnosis. He is top shelf and the best because he put my needs first. Thank you Dr. Cullado!

Worset experience. Staff very rude. I have decaying teeth and need dentures. Bedside manner of all of the staff very unprofessional. While I was having work done sounded like there was a party going on with laughing and joking. The Dentist that was pulling my teeth out he was talking about his love life with his partner to the dental assistant while pulling my teeth. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Front staff very rude. Absolute nightmare to deal with. I had been a patient for over 5 years. They used to be amazing but have gone down hill. I had to cancel 2 appointments on a short notice and was kicked out of the practice for that. They never answered the phone either time I called…if so I might have been able to figure out how to rearrange my appointment. Funny how they can cancel last minute and there is nothing the patient can do.

Summa Urology is the absolute WORST inept office. They are disorganized, NEVER answer their phones and when a message is lft, they NEVER return your calls. I have complained SO many times and it falls on deaf ears. It does no good to complain to the office manager...she never returns call either. This office is absolutely AWFUL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND . If I could give them a rating of minus zero, that would be too high

Literally the WORST doctor experience of my life. After waiting two months for an appointment and arriving twenty minutes early, only to walk around for eighteen minutes to find the correct door, I was told I had to reschedule because I didn’t have a physics copy of my driver’s liscense. My appointment was at 1:30, and since my husband and I live close, he was able to drive it over my physical liscense, and I had the card in the nurses’s hand by 1:38. Took wife to the Emergency room. Had a very rude young woman lecturing me about going in with my wife after my daughter had to leave. Said she told me before that only one could go in and if they left, no one could take their place. She informed me that "they didn't want people traipsing in and out all the time" First of all, she never spoke to me. I was parking the car while my daughter checked the wife in.
