Big Time Edit: I came here to see an Elizabeth Archinal. She's super sweet and considerate. I am definitely a complex patient and its been very rough for all parties involved. At first she had a hard time figuring out what to do and it may have been all becasue of an issue with others physicians that dont even work at Summa. I am so sorry for all the confusion, sadness, and non stop calls and messages on my end.. I came here to see an Elizabeth Archinal. She's super sweet and considerate.. I am definitely a complex patient and its been very rough for all parties involved. At first she had a hard time figuring out what to do, but that's not her fault. Im just super complex and have had a few not many doctors that seemed to have dropped the ball, which eventually led me here. I was considered too complex by my past PCP's
I came here to see an Elizabeth Archinal. She's super sweet and considerate.. but more often than not I have had multiple doctors tell me she makes many mistakes or over looks things... That being coupled with the fact she is part of their "complex care unit" is unnerving to me to say the least and deserves 2 stars. I hope to god she is made to go take a refresher course for everyone's sake.
So this is my room. I came in for back surgery on Monday January 15th 2024. The first day and night was absolutely excellent. The staff did their jobs efficiently and effectively. But if you end up staying longer the worse you get treated. You start waiting an to an hour and a half for your call light to be acknowledged. You receive less and less help as the days go on.
