Yeah your people were actually very nice and professional but your billing policy is a load of crap. So people go into the emergency room, you come in there and get there billing information. Awesome, then you basically just don't send them an actual bill. I pay my bills when I actually get them. I got sent to collections because you never actually sent me a bill. So I do some digging and summa basically forced everyone over to electronic billing, it's in your terms and conditions. I can opt out but who the hell reads your 5... read more

Funny how negative reviews are erased from here. I was here in August and walked out after being there an hour being in my 50's with possible stroke or aneurysm symptoms with no Dr visit. They wrote me a letter saying the were sorry there would be no charge. But then they submitted a bill to the VA for $600 for my visit. I would avoid this location and Summa all together if I was you. They are quick to grab the $$$$$$ even for no care or sub par care.

I have been seeing Dr. Saunders for about two years now and am very happy with his care. He is very respectful, personable and a problem solver (not just a band-aid applier). The administrative and nursing staff are very pleasant and helpful. And, at the Green facility, it's nice having other specialties down the hall and the on-site lab right next to the doctor's office if follow-up blood work is needed. I chose Dr Sylvie because she got good reviews. Waited 6 months to get an appointment. I guess she is ok…IF YOU ARE RICH. They have absolutely no concern about the cost to their patients. They preformed several totally unnecessary procedures that turned a visit that would have been covered 100% by my insurance to one that insurance does not cover and now I’m stuck with a huge bill. I Have a Wonderful Doctor and he is very caring and very concerned about my health and how to give me the best medical care. He is very knowledgeable and I like that. The nurses are very caring and they are very helpful answers questions and concerns and let's my Doctor know. The receptionists are very kind and friendly. The office is very clean and in order. I would recommend this office to anyone.
