Not the best location to go too. They don't reach back to you when urgent matters arise. I tried reaching my physician for two days straight about some results I received on mychart. I never heard back from them or got any medication prescribed to me. I wouldn't send any family members or recommend friends, enemies to go to any of the Summa Health locations for any type of treatment. If I could put a negative star they would get it 10 of them.
The office scheduling staff is terrible. Dr Becker is the rudest doctor I have ever dealt with. She is uncaring and shouldn’t be allowed near children when she doesn’t care what is best for them. We left the practice over her poor treatment and found better care elsewhere.
I was not rude when I talks to them but they hang off my call without I was not done. that was disrespectful. You guys have to listen when someone talks to you nicely . Do you’re work nicely. have a good day
Totally sucked was in total pain they offered me no pain relief stuck needles in my back that didn't help me and then sent me on my way without even another appointment
Love Akron Summa family medicine! ALL of their staff are nice smart caring informative and some doctors and staff even go out of their way to help you understand things better. I highly recommend them. I had a surgery yesterday even and when I left there I felt like I never even had surgery. I just felt woozy from the anesthesia. I was worried when my girl Felicia Kelly left Akron summa because I had her for years but Evan Howe md has been my replacement and I love him! He gets right back to you with anything you need.
