This has to be one of the most unprofessional medical offices I've been to. The primary physician Dr. S is okay for the most part but also kinda lazy. It seems she passes off certain task to the staff and they drag their feet with them and no follow is giving and, if it is its weeks later. Im on the verge of getting a new PCP.
The nurse or servicing attendant was very attentive to me.
I've been a patient of Summa Health since 2008 when I moved to Akron from Mobile, Alabama and I've never had any problems with my primary care physicians. Before I got Dr. Brown I had Dr. Pankey, and I can honestly say that Dr. Pankey saved my life. And now Dr. Brown has taken over he's presented himself as another awesome doctor at the equity center.
