We transferred to Dr Brown last year. It’s been a great move. He’s kind, thorough, and easy to talk to. We appreciate the fact that he isn’t an alarmist or over-tester. All his protocols seem appropriate.
Very unprofessional was on hold for over 15mins hung up called back and was on hold for another 15+ mins just unexceptionable
Not a great place for handicap people due to the parking and curbs this needs to be addressed due to the fact this is a pain management center for a major hospital in the Akron area
I met my doctor for the first time, Dr Justin Brown, and I was very taken with his professionalism, kindness and knowledge. Ive seen Dr. Brown several times since above post. On December 12 I saw re: dermatology issue. The derm.appt was not until March 2026. He determined that I needed to be seen by the Dermatologist much sooner. He took a picture of the issue & sent his clinical note to Dermatologist. A few hours later I had a confirmed appt for December 17! Dr Brown is the GOAT!
