I’m still emotional about the Service Summa Health at New Seasons provided for my family. I was a patient for years, left because I felt unheard, misunderstood, and not receiving proper treatment for my diagnosis. My Mother later joined the Practice with new Physician Dr. Pankey. Dr Pankey was a doctor that we felt listened and was eager to serve our community. Very nice facility. This was my first time visiting.
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Very unprofessional. Had an appointment, the doctors office calls the day of the appointment at 11 am to reschedule my appointment and my appointment was at 3. Called back for over an hour and a half and never got a call back or they didn’t answer the phone. When I went it doctor office, receptionist was sitting at desk with an horrible attitude. I was told that the doctor had a spontaneous appointment and needed to reschedule but didn’t call the day before. Is this how y... read more
