Got an appointment right away - it was with their PA - Austin, who was wonderful to talk to. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all my questions.
Good luck getting through to even speak to someone I've had to wait over 40 minutes before just for my call to be picked up (the normal wait time is 10+)
