They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough.me The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My diabetes is 100 percent conrolled and I am appreciative that Dr. Chandra helped me understand that even though with routine testing it doesn't appear I have diabetes, I do have it and need to be mindful of my diet and exercise.
