I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. Dr. Sumesh Chandra referred to a little girl with Down's Syndrome as a pet and refused treatment. He then proceeded to tell the little girl's mother that he does not speak to pets nor does he speak to their owners. He immediately left the room and told his receptionist very loudly that he is not a veterinarian! I cannot believe that such a horrible man is allowed to practice medicine with that kind of behavior! Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Is this provider's business conveniently located? No, its really far from the freeway and other shops Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Was this endocrinologist's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this endocrinologist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
