She did not review my medical records before a cleaning, and treated me as a non-person just there to upsell services. Had an assistant perform a service that the assistant stated that she was not certified in. She seemed to be unaware of the certifications of her staff, which she should know if she is the owner and lead dentist. I found her to be very arrogant. Dr. Suman RamaKumar is the WORST dentist I have ever been to. She messed my teeth up, she lied to me about what I needed done. She’s not easy to reach. If you want a dentist who cares for you, and wants to make sure that you’re happy then DO NOT go to her. Worst experience in my life. She will give you the run around and not do her job. I don’t even think she knows what she is doing. She would tell me one thing and then another thing a different time.

I confirmed with the office that Dr. Ramakumar was in the Cigna PPO network I paid them $12000,patient responsibility was $9000. I asked them about zirconia upgrade, which the dentist personally told me I would not be charged for. I paid for 6 of them at $100 each. The first response letter did not get sent to me, however, it was sent to the dental office on March 17 and they added 2 missed at $55 each, 9 months after ledger closed. Avoid this place at ALL COST! This dental office is an absolute disaster. I had a dental implant done here that was done incorrectly. I went to three cosmetic dentists after the implant had healed and they all said the implant was done poorly. Every time I went in there was a different doctor working on me. Myra, the office manager, is an absolute disgrace and lies about charges. She also refuses to return calls. The owner Dr Ramakumar also refused to answer my emails regarding my experience.
