while the staff is nice most of the time, I've had one filling come out 3 times and another filing from them come out just recently, dont bother, find somewhere where their service lasts longer than a ham sandwich

I recommend everyone to get Invisalign through Dr. Rahool Patel! I have gotten so many compliments on my perfectly straight teeth.
Worst customer service I have ever received from a doctor's office. I had to cancel my kids appointments cause of an emergency situation and they were not helpful at all. Kept saying that I would be charged and they won't be able to reschedule both my kids together again. My husband is deployed and I'm the only person who could take them to the office and they refused to understand the situation. Life happens and they lost 4 patients from my family and I would not be recommending them to any of my friends in the future.
I tried calling to get a price range for a new pt appt who would be paying cash. And was told it could be anything from $200 up. I asked is there any way to narrow the range down so I know how much I would need and was told "as I already told you NO". Ok well I will take my cash paying business somewhere else then.
