They try to scam you by thinking your car needs repairs when it doesn't. They almost had a good customer too, just because I'm a female doesn't qualify me as an idiot.
went out of my way to go there because i've gotten amazing service in the past. they charged me $100 to tell me my a/c compressor needed to be replaced and then quoted me over $800 for the part, labor and a recharge. their quote for the compressor was $390...when it can be purchased for $209 online. other mechanics quoted me $500. i hope the $100 service fee was worth losing loyal customer today. so disappointed.
Excellent customer service, excellent vehicle service, Mike took time to explain everything. I highly trust them and appreciate their expertise especially with a performance luxury vehicle :)
