A true steakhouse – Overall, I was pleased with just about everything at Sullivan's. Unfortunately, I am a big fan of Prime Rib, especially at a steakhouse. When I inquired if they did in fact serve Prime Rib I was disheartened to learn that they did not serve it.
Poor Service, Poor Food – This was the worst restaurant my family and I had ever graced. The food was either undercooked or overcooked, despite specific instructions. And the service was worse. When pointing out the errors, the hostess/waitress refused to take items back and re-do. Management wasn't much more helpful. Very arrogant people, no contrition or apologies over poor food or service. Seemed affronted that we brought two teenagers. WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.
Perfect – We frequently dine out and comparing Ruths Chris Morton's and Sullivan's is no comparison... Sullivans stands well above the others in terms of quality of food, service and value. Great bar scene (or not, if you don't like attorneys), intimate dining area available (the Library). Alot of hustle and bustle on the floor. Lots of fun.

Service--- Not this night – We have dined at other Sullivan's and found the service and food to be exceptional. One this night our server had an excuse for everything-- "The bar was backed up" before dinner drinks showed up after the appetizer and only after we reminded her. The wine showed up half way through main course. The side dishes showed up after the main courses She forgot the desert order.
Fabulous! – I had this filet infused with portabello mushrooms, garlic and spinich! OH my goodness it was fabulous! The service was peeeerrrrfact and the atmosphere was great. Not a romantic place at all, althought the bar is dim lit with light jazz. I used to be a Mortan's fan, but move ova Mortan's and hello Sullivans!
LOUD AND NOISY – OVER RATED. NO GREAT DIFFERENCE FROM OTHER STEAK HOUSES IN THAT PRICE RANGE.SO LOUD(BLARING MUSIC)IT'S HARD TO HEAR THE PERSON YOU'RE NEXT TO.THEY SHOULD SERVE ASPIRINS WITH THEIR APPETIZERS
Good Service, Good Food, but............ – The service was good, the food was good and value priced for this type of steak house (its no Slizzler) the 28 oz T-Bone was priced @ $28.95. However my big complaint is this place is noisey and loud. The kitchen is open to the seating area and is LOUD!!! If you are looking for a nice quiet place to take your date, this is not the place, unless you wish to be YELLING sweet nothings into your dates ear!!
Carnivores Delight – Very good food.Excellent service.Good bar.Great place to have drinks and a cigar.
