Sullivan failed to inform/notify potential buyers a house on the market was for sale "As is" on a house they represented. In doing so I ended up spent $600 on an inspection. Had Sullivan acted morally/ethically responsible. I would've never spent $600 on a home inspection. A home that had termite damage & mole damage. After entering in contract Sullivan disclosed the house was being sold AS IS. BEWARE!!
