We were bamboozled into an illegal lease with Sullivan Property Management, AKA Fairgrove Property Management company. We are currently on day 23 of being leased a unit without gas service (due to completly missing gas meters), which means that there is no hot water; no trash service, which means that we must pack out our trash everyday; and there is no legal, U.S. Mail distribution/recepticles.
