Incompetence at its finest at the service department. Took car in to have a complete look over due to noises being made by car after doing some self improvements. Was told after thirty minutes that car was fixed. Within 48 hours noise was back. Now being told that they will look at the entire car (was supposed to have already been done) and charge us accordingly with a credit for the thirty minutes previously spent on car. I have had HORRIBLE customer service at this dealership in getting my Volvo S60 serviced. I have tried multiple times for them to get in right but no luck. So, I drive well out of my way to get my Volvo worked on where I get exceptional service, knowledge and professionalism!

I have no complaints about Sullivan Parkhill in Champaign - they took my car in Tuesday morning & had it back to me in the afternoon. Dawn was very pleasant & the gentleman that gave me a ride back home while my car was getting fixed was very nice! They were prompt and courteous! I will be bringing my car there from now on! :)
Great sales force, especially Art Dixon and I've had nothing but good luck with the service department . Big thumbs up from me for all the folks at Sullivan-Parkhill.
