Not happy with the service. I went for a Holter monitor but none were available so I have to go back for another appointment. Funny they don't have enough monitors to service their patients. (Actually they had one, which was defective so, of course, I refused it.) I had the feeling that I wasn't the first to have this experience as they weren't particularly apologetic.
This is great clinic for the family. We've been this clinic for about two years now with Dr. Mtambo. He's professional, knowledgeable, take care of your health seriously, referred to specialist appropriately. Our family is more than happy to have Dr. Mtambo as our family physician. Staff of Sullivan medical clinic are helpful especially Sandy. She knows how to take care of her patients and suggestions at the time when needed most. Sullivan Medical Clinic and it’s team of proficient staff deserves full five stars. Thank you.
I have been with Sullivan Medical Clinic for ?2 years now. In June after 2 weeks ill at home, I was brought in to see my GP Dr. Mtambo. One look at me and Dr. Mtambo had the staff call 911. Dr. Mtambo started an IV and gave a fluid bolus. I was admitted to hospital critically ill from food poisoning. I can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Mtambo. I am a patient of Dr Ali. I find her to be efficient & knowlegable. Considering she only has 10 allotted minutes with each patient I believe she makes the most use of that time by being businesslike & professional. She is straightforward & tells it as it is which I prefer in a Dr.
We recently switched to the clinic and see Dr Ali and everyone is happy with her. As for the clinic staff, they are amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Great with kids of all ages. We have seen 3 of the doctors at the clinic and they have all been wonderful!
I was here today for my ear pain. Dr. Parveen Ali was the worst doctor I have even seen. I am having bad ear pain from last 2-3 months. Its not always convenient to see doctor instantly. So i booked an appointment for today as I was off from work. I told my problem to dr. Ali. VERY RUDELY she said, if its not paining now, she cant do anything.
