Very friendly. They keep you informed as the procedure is being done.
Dr.Vacek and his assistants were very professional. The comfort of the patient is first and foremost in their concern and they are willing to take extra time if needed. The office is respectful of the patients schedule and the appointments are always on time.
My appointment always starts on schedule which I love - I'm on time & they are on time. A very good experience like usual.
I want to extend a huge thank you to Dr. Vacek and team for putting myself through as much as ease possible. Visiting the dental office is not one of my favorite past times! With that said, you all surpassed my expectations in the 2hr plus appt and I appreciate all you do. By the way, the dental works looks awesome and feels awesome as well. Great job team!

Vacek Family Dentistry's patient service is outstanding. Everyone on staff makes the patient feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. From scheduling to billing to assistants to dentists, they are all outstanding. And the office and latest dental technology are above expectations.
Dr Vacek and the entire staff care! I mean really care! They were able to fit me in to their schedule for a somewhat emergency situation, took the time to evaluate my situation and gave me immediate options. Sheila is THE BEST!!!
