They are always courteous and wonderful. When I had an emergency, they made time to take care of me.
Refreshingly honest and open. When I called, they were very clear in their communication and gave me a realistic ballpark regarding costs. Many other places I called and messaged c/would not do the same, or simply did not reply. The staff at Sullivan were professional over the phone and in person. I went in expecting to get several fillings. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I was in better shape than initially anticipated, and they didn't try to push any unneeded treatments. I would recommend.
