Service department had kept our 2004 GMC Envoy on the road for over 175,000 miles. Unfortunately it was in need of an expensive repair. We decided to retire it. Fortunately the sales department took in the day before a 2006 GMC Envoy with only 75,000 miles. I bought a used 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 recently, while they fixed the DEF quality issue they totally ignored the faulty brakes on the truck. I asked them to check them out after the test drive because they were really soft and took most of the pedal travel to start braking. The DEF quality issue took them almost two weeks to completely fix. They fixed an exhaust leak thinking that caused the issue.They didn't test drive it long enough because it came back on within 10 mins of leaving the dealership. Both Sales and Service listen. Recently I had work done. The service department was professional, had good communication with me and worked well with my warranty company. They returned my car to me after the work and a car wash. Looked better coming home than going in! I recommend this company. They kept one of my car going almost 11 years, and we are working toward that again.
