I have been leasing vehicles for a lot of years thru Sullivan. I call, tell them what I want, the price I want to pay and even what color I want and they always deliver. I just leased a 2016 Terrain, my fourth leased vehicle thru Sullivan and was treated wonderfully. Professionally with a nice personal twist.
Sold me a certified 2014 Chevy van and will not honor a repair of a malfunctioning rear break system after 14,000 miles and 11 months. The certified warranty is 2 year and 24,000 miles bumper to bumper. Spoke with the GM and the Service Manager, both assured me I would be happy with the outcome. GM didn't even have enough respect to call me back had the Service Manager do it with the refusal.
