HATE THIS PLACE. other than the fact that I schedule an appointment in the morning and didn't get my car back till the next day. I'f there's other cars that need to be checked first than what the fuk was the point for me to make an appointment if my car wasn't going to be checked that time and more importantly that day. Do not waste your time at this dealership!!!! I purchased a "certified" vehicle and in less than a year have had multiple repairs done with the problem still yet to be resolved. Service department has HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid this dealership at all costs, spare yourself from the nightmare I am experiencing! I understand we can't predict the car problems but after 4 services they should be able to correct the problem!!

I bought my Acadia 3 years ago. Whenever I leave service center, whether it be for an oil change, a recall or some other service, I'm impressed by the level of care and integrity. It might be that they covered something I didn't think would be or filled my wiper fluid without me asking. They are always on my team in making sure I have a safe vehicle.
I can't even believe what happened!!! We drove 2.5 hours to buy a car today. We found the car we wanted, test drove it and sat down to do paperwork. Another salesman had another person wanting the car too. We were there first so we assumed we would get the car. I guess Sullivan Buick GMC is in the business to hold cars for people, let them come whenever and still get the car!!! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Sullivan Buick Jerry Baxley was an amazing "gentleman" Not at all a typical salesman He was honest and professional . Mr. Tony Sullivan did everything to make sure we we completely satisfied WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED! I highly recommend this dealership for professionalism, honesty and service .
