Sales and owner will say what you want to hear to secure purchase and then not follow through as discussed. My advice to potential purchaser would be to have everything documented and signed. Don’t take “their word”. Dent and repair did not occur on a vehicle I purchased and had delivered. All documentation never arrived. Shipping quote changed after purchase where I ended up paying 1500 more.
I purchased an older Jaguar from Sullivan’s with a written “we-owe” agreement to address known issues. The work took about five months, which I understood—but I repeatedly asked for receipts and never received any documentation. At pickup, the process felt rushed and disorganized. The car had low oil and fuel, was losing air in the tires, and had loose parts left inside. There was no way to verify what work had actually been completed.
