Very nice salesman. Great cars
Sales and owner will say what you want to hear to secure purchase and then not follow through as discussed. My advice to potential purchaser would be to have everything documented and signed. Don’t take “their word”. Dent and repair did not occur on a vehicle I purchased and had delivered. All documentation never arrived. Shipping quote changed after purchase where I ended up paying 1500 more.
I purchased an older Jaguar from Sullivan’s with a written “we-owe” agreement to address known issues. The work took about five months, which I understood—but I repeatedly asked for receipts and never received any documentation. At pickup, the process felt rushed and disorganized. Sullivan Autos is the place to go. They helped me purchase a Ferrari F8 Tributo and a Rolls-Royce Cullinan. Huge selection, smooth process, and the owner is incredibly down-to-earth. Highly recommend.
This dealership operates on empty promises and sales-floor lies. They’ll say whatever they need to say to get you through the door, but the moment you show up, the story changes. We specifically told them we weren’t about to drive two hours for nothing. They reassured us everything would be prepped, paperwork ready, deal handled on arrival. Guess what? None of it was done.
