Terrible business, took down all the info. came out just to tell me they can not work on my equipment and still charged me 600 $ that could've been avoided since they had my unit model and serial number, ran my card and never sent me an invoice. do not recommend find a different company who knows what they are doing and not just looking to make a quick buck.
This company has a lot of experience at the helm and a wealth of knowledge. Parts department here is always willing to help customers get what they need, and Service techs go above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommend Holt Industrial Systems.

There is only one reason to do business with Holt Industrial Systems: because you have no other choice. If you purchase any Sullair equipment in the Houston area you will be stuck with terrible customer service for years because you will only be able to purchase from Holt Industrial Systems.
So the people there are super nice but............ you walk into the bay door with the big SERVICE sign above it only for someone to tell you to go to the front office, then the front office takes you right back to the same building but on the other end. I just don't understand these places that make it a lot more difficult than it needs to be. If you don't follow the signs, they wonder why you didn't follow the signs, and when you do follow the signs, the signs are wrong.
