This is a long time coming I had hardwood flooring installed throughout my home. The installer used acetone after he was done installing he said that’s what you’re supposed to do but it took all the shine off. Some of the slats are lifting right in the middle of the slat. If you were socks on this hardwood floor certain spots, your sock will get caught on it. That’s not a good thing. We love Sulca’s! They have done many projects for us and our friends. Cain and the whole team are awesome! We will definitely keep using them not only for flooring, but also for full renovation projects as well.
They used to have good customer service. Not sure what happened but nobody ever answers the phone or calls you back anymore. Maybe the dad retired. Not sure.
