Dr. Acharya's staff has become so ghetto since his NP Monique L. Brumsey, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC has started. She does not get anything done one time and she is rude and so are some of the front staff. She must be rubbing off on them. Dr. Acharya is a very good doctor.

My visit was pleasant, the assistant was very helpful, and Dr Acharya immediately stablished a plan for my situation
Unprofessional staff and a severe lack of compassion at this practice. Received much better care after leaving this doctor and finding a new urologist.
Great doctor and we never felt rushed! He understood our case which showed us he had read the results and history and was ready to lay out a plan of action. We walked out with a plan in hand and the confidence we had the right team.

My visits are always pleasant. Any questions I have are answered. The doctor & staff are very knowledgeable. The doctor seems concerned about my health. I am pleased with Dr. Archarya.
I was unsettled by the level of cleanliness & hygiene measures, waited a long time past my scheduled appointment. Procedure was very rushed with a lack of bedside manner. I wasn't explained what to expect after my cystoscopy and he hardly spoke to me after and couldn't even give me enough time to look at me directly in the eyes & he rushed out didn't ask me if I had any concerns etc. I was left with a lot of questions.
