After confirming insurance information weeks ago, appointment was scheduled, arrived, got there 15 minutes early, as instructed, office was not open until my appointment time. Upon arrival, I was told they do not take my insurance. A waste of my time and resources. Very unprofessional for a Dr.'s office.

If I could give a zero I would. Overall experience can't be summed up in three words: incompetent, rude and overbooked.

When my original Neurologist retired, I tried 3 different doctors who had rude staff, were very unorganized, set up several patients at the SAME time, argued with me over co-pay and insurance (later they saw I was correct) and/or wanted to throw out my medication that had been working (making me start to have seizures again... why? for their amusement?) Dr. Borra listened carefully to my situation and the other illnesses I was facing, worked with me and my family and doctors. A true angel !

I have been a patient of Dr Borra for over a year now. I go to treat my chronic migraines and cluster headaches, I feel truly blessed to have found someone who actuly takes out the time to hear me out and has not given up on treating me. I can actuly say that I'm feeling like I'm gettiing my life now back. No longer do i have to fear of missing out on my daughters activities due to pain, because I finally found a Dr who actually didnt give up on me. THANK YOU DR. BORRA!

I waited an hour and a half to see her. When she came into my room she was interrupted three times and had Togo out of the room. She and her staff were curt and unfriendly. I maybe got six minutes of her time. I asked her a question about some horrible test wher big long wires are pushed into your muscles and then you are delivered electric shocks which are delivered get stronger as this test goes on. No Damn Way!! I'm never, ever going back to her.
