In my 30 years of Real Estate experience I have never met such an unethical and unprofessional organization. My son lived in a Phoenix South managed apartment. He was gone for several months and when he returned the entire apartment was flooded. The management company did a terrible job of fixing the situation and then had the audacity of billing him for the carpet when he moved. I would highly recommend NOT renting an apartment through Phoenix South!
