Love SuitePaws We have been taking our 3 dogs to SuitePaws since it opened and love it! We use them both for boarding and for daycare. Our dogs always have a great time and absolutely can not wait to go!! The minute we tell them they can go play they rush to the door and the car! Highly Recommended
Best Boarding/Daycare around! I love taking my dog to Suite Paws! I brought my dog for daycare and boarding and I completely trust them with her. She has horrible separation anxiety and does not like to be away from me for long. They took great care of her and I know she had a good time when she was there. I loved getting her "report card" at the end of her stay to know how she did in daycare. I know she can be a hassle and a handful, but she was in good hands. Hands down, best place to leave your animal. Highly recommended!
They will lie to your face I used to work here and just wanted to share a bit of what I witnessed while working at this establishment. First the owners will lie straight to your face about a lot of stuff. I once saw one of the owners place a dog into an outdoor run that was already occupied by another "dog aggressive" dog needless to say the two got into a fight and the owners lied about how the dog got injured to its owners. Suite Paws is FANTASTIC! Our dog Murphy LOVES Suite Paws!!! We boarded him there while we were on vacation. He normally has a hard time when we leave him. However, he had such a great time at Suite Paws, I don't think he ever missed us! The staff is extremely friendly and the facility is clean and perfectly set up to accommodate dogs of all size! We will definitely board Murphy at Suite Paws again in the future! It was an absolutely positive experience!
My Dog Loves Suite Paws! We have a 170 lbs Great Dane named Sampson who is a people dog like most Great Danes. My husband and I have always had Great Danes, but after a bad experience in Charlotte, we stopped boarding our dogs years ago. We changed our minds after touring Suite Paws with the owner, Tom. I was really surprised and saddened that this person would say completely untrue things about our business. Not Suite to me! Don't do it! We brought Maddie in to them and left her overnight and only after did I find out that if I wanted her to be "played with" it was extra! WTF? Seriously?! So what you ignore them since I didn't pay? Also it took a while for Maddie to get back to normal after being there. They said she was agressive to other dogs. She is not normally like that at all. Hands Down, THE BEST! Suite Paws is fantastic and should be recognized as such. I have a 2 year old coonhound that loves his âpeopleâ and cannot wait for his daycare days as he has a great time with the staff, other dogs, and with the overall environment.
