If I could give them a zero star I would. You know when everything goes according to plan, everyone's happy. But what happens when somethings goes wrong? This is how business ‘Make it or Break it’. They are very gentle and thorough. They take the time to explain things clearly and also checks gum pocket numbers on each visit to give an update on how my dental hygiene work is going. I appreciate the feedback. Plus they will look up coverage and out of pocket costs before the work is done so I am not hit with any surprises.
Overall excellent experience here. I can’t stress enough how welcoming and friendly the whole staff is. Dr, Nare was very thorough and was extremely detailed in explaining next steps. Highly recommend.
