The chicken and waffle were delicious! The chicken was seasoned throughout and the waffle wasn’t heavy. The koolaid is always on point. And oh yeah I got the honeybun cake too...for later!! Sugars is my most favorite place to eat downtown. Can't go wrong with anything on their menu and daily specials.
The staff was very friendly and patient (as I browsed their menu), offering great customer service. Their food is very flavorful and filling. I highly recommend Sugar's Place to anyone who has to travel to Jacksonville MS.
The best place in downtown area to eat. Ordered catfish/fried okra and it was served HOT. Miss seeing my friend Glenda tho
