Friends with great kids went there & the owner slammed her hand on their table & yelled at the children. Didn't identify herself as the owner or speak to the parents. One of the parents posted this & instead of being an adult & admitting she didn't handle the situation well she has responded with unprofessional posts that are so rude it is hard to comprehend this person has been in business for years. Tried to have lunch there today with a friend and a couple little kids and the owner, Karen (who I didnt know was the owner until I asked our waitress afterwards who she was), proceeded to walk up to our table and yell at the children "be quite" and hit her hand on the table then walk away. I understand kids should be good at restaurants but I think she should have had a little more tact and deceny. How about introducing yourself and politely asking if the kids could please quite down?
