They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. ITS ALWAYS SO HOT IN THEIR

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Yes, I trust them

Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
