There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longerrrr from when I first started seeing them. It made me nervous. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I really do like that so I changed.
The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment.... read more

I have three kids that need wellness check-ups, the lady who answered the phone told me "we dont see three kids at a time." What? I know I have been there several times with all three of my children. How rude is that. She didn't try to help me or anything. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Not only did they answer all of my questions.
