Great service! The staff is wonderful and very kind. Very clean and organized. I would recommend this place to everyone. Luciana is amazing!
My specialist was very nice but she waxed places I didn't ask for. For example, I booked my lower back only, and she went all the way up my back under my bra, which I did not want!! I was so clear before the appointment that I had sensitive skin, I need hard wax, I called and emailed these concerns. Now my back is so irritated every single hair follicle has broken out!
