Inconsistent experience / service; Dirty wax room; Manager disrespectful and short with customers
Recommendedwas in and out in 35 minutes! o had been to 10 salons trying to find a place to do a design and they were able to! I will be coming back as long as I get my nails done!

The arguing with clients is annoying while trying to relax. Especially when the client is right is expressing concern for service not being currently done. Take criticism as a learning experience not an attack. Having all the techs shouting at another customer and among themselves is unprofessional.
They I had a sign saying by appointment only which was fine with me, though I didn't have one for my daughter and I. we turn to leave and someone came out and said no we can squeeze you in. I thought that was very nice of them. I'm always happy with the job they do on my nails. they're always very friendly and professional
