I always have a great experience!
I have been here twice. The first time, it was very busy and I could tell that they were annoyed because I was a walk in. The next time I came, it was not busy at all and they were still agitated that I did not have an appointment. The people who painted my nails were decently friendly and they did a fine job. It was the people in charge who were rude. I understand that walk ins may be an inconvenience, but in that case they should consider removing the large sign that states "walk ins welcome".
