The Sugarfire Smokehouse in O' Fallon, MO is amazing!!! Excellent service, and FABULOUS food. We ordered from the HWY, picked it up, and ate in. The Brisket and pulled pork were some of the best I've ever had, and the dessert choices are too good to pass up. Check it out, you'll be glad you did!!

My son say's the Big Muddy is the best sandwich he's ever had. I had the 3 meat player, and Im a big eater. Left with a very full belly.
Fast food type BBQ, not authentic, but okay. Bless their hearts when it comes to hushpuppies. They call it pork belly, making you think of crackling cornbread. But it is neither good cornbread nor good hushpuppies. A little on the expensive side for what you get. The ribs are put back on the grill to crisp up, but mine were left on till they were burnt.
