Absolutely delicious. 10/10 would go again. I'd gone to Pappy's on my last visit to St. Louis and hadn't been particularly thrilled, so I asked a local (our Lyft driver, who I found out manages three restaurants, and so I figured ought to know!) where he would recommend. He told me about Sugarfire. It definitely lived up to my expectations! Very good ribs! Loved the sauce choices! My favorites were St Louis Sweet and Coffee sauce. Better potato salad than most and we enjoyed the baked beans and cole slaw also. Kind of crazy and crowded, but that can add to the fun!
