Their customer service is excellent!!! I never miss stopping in when I am in town and this time I want to say a special thank you to Javier!!! He was my hero when he made me a special quart of Mac N Cheese! I LOVE Sugarfire's mac n cheese!!! I went back today and holy Hannah that Mud Pie is like a lil slice of heaven!!! <3 this place!!!
The pulled pork was just ok & the brisket was dry as shoe leather, even though my serving was cut from the center of a new piece of meat. Disappointed.
Good food. Unfriendly employees. I don’t expect smiles or anything, but if a table is dropping $100 (or even just purchasing a single meal) your employees probably shouldn’t act like it’s a huge inconvenience to take customers’ orders; that’s kinda how that whole business thing works. (Note * it was not busy)
Been several times to this location and have always been pleased overall. Can be a little pricey for some things and sometimes food seems room temp at best, but food is great and staff has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Have never been told that they were out of anything. Wish that had more daily specials.
