Just had the 8oz brisket sandwich. It was the best brisket I have ever eaten. No fat & really tender meat.
Ribs are good, brisket is dry today, way too much sugar in the side salads.
I had a heart transplant in January, I’m at Barnes west every month for biopsy’s and I eat at sugarfire most of the time afterwards, brought my brother from Peoria Illinois yesterday and he loved it, said he bringing his wife next time, 3 hour drive to olive street for me but just knowing what’s for lunch makes it that much more worth it!!
Brother got the baby back ribs and I got the smoked brisket so we could share! AWESOME!!!! The rice and baked beans were fantastic as well!
