Chad came out on Sunday evening and fixed my furnace. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, he fixed the problem and checked out the whole system to make sure it was working efficiently. I would highly recommend Sugarcreek Heating and Cooling.

What a great company & awesome service! They installed new duct work a couple years ago and a week ago a new hot water heater...I just receive the bill and it was less than quoted! What a nice surprise! We will definitely use them again in the future.
The day that I needed someone to come to the house my husband was very sick and in bed and my 3 children were home. The technician entered the house without knocking or anything. He did this twice, the kids went and asked my husband who was in the laundry room that is the only reason my husband knew anyone was there. You don't just enter someone's house without knocking or letting your presence be known in some way.
