Very good experience with Sugarcreek heating and Cooling! A/C went out Friday evening with a houseful of guests! Curt came on Saturday afternoon and it was up and running 1/2 hour later! Appreciated he was wearing a mask. Very professional, explained everything! Thank you!
Very prompt, very professional and reasonably priced service. I would highly recommend Sugarcreek Heating and Cooling. Fastest, best and most reasonable priced company I have had to date. If I need heating or cooling service again I will not hesitate to call these guys!
We appreciate the prompt courteous service we received. However we are disappointed that the service man from your company who installed the board in our system back in September did not do that correctly. That error on his part has caused us to be uneasy and concerned unnecessarily. Also we had today’s expense for a new part.
They were very courteous and are good at what they do.
